From custom design to engineering, manufacturing, and project management, Cindy's expertise spans the entire spectrum of the business. Her collaborative efforts with leading minds across various disciplines have yielded iconic, award-winning attractions and numerous patented ride and show technologies.
From high-thrill coasters to immersive dark rides and motion based cinematic experiences, Cindy's portfolio boasts a diverse array of attractions, often featuring the world's most beloved intellectual properties. Not content with merely innovating, Cindy has dedicated a significant portion of her career to rehabilitating classic and historical rides, ensuring that some of the world’s best evergreen attractions remain operational and enjoyable for new generations of guests.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Cindy is deeply engaged in ensuring industry safety standards through her service on the Ohio Ride Safety Board and active participation in AIMS and ASTM programs. A sought-after speaker at IAAPA and other trade conferences, she generously shares her insights and expertise with industry peers.
Throughout her distinguished career, Cindy has held leadership roles at esteemed companies such as Togo International, Premier Rides, and Dynamic Attractions, where her visionary approach has played a pivotal role in their success and advancement.
Recently Epic Resort Destinations partnered with Cindy and Malvern Entertainment to design and develop the rides and attractions for the new Mattel Adventure Park in Glendale Arizona. This collaboration brings to life iconic brands such as Barbie, Hot Wheels and Thomas the Tank Engine. A career milestone includes pioneering the first ever Hot Wheels roller coasters. Her involvement extends to crafting custom Hot Wheels Go-Karts, a bespoke Hot Wheels 4D Ride theater, and a Flying theater featuring a tailor-made Barbie movie titled Barbie Dream Flight. Leveraging her extensive expertise in ride safety, maintenance, and parts support, she also leads the development of comprehensive maintenance and safety protocols for the Mattel Adventure Parks.
